MICKEY AND THE BOYS
Mickey is a little monkey. It is from Africa, but now Mickey lives with Ted. The monkey is his uncle’s present. Ted’s uncle Sam is a sailor. He usually brings presents for his nephew. They are friends.Mickey is brown. It has a long tail. Mickey can hang by its tail from a tree and pull fruit with its hands. Mickey eats frogs, fruit, grass, leaves, nuts and insects. It is very funny and clever.
Every afternoon Ted goes to the playground to play badminton with his friend Jack. Mickey is glad when Ted takes it with him. When Mickey comes to the playground, all the kids are happy. Mickey doesn’t sit on a bench. It runs and jumps and wants to play badminton too.
One day a ball falls on a big tree. The boys cannot get it. Mickey jumps on a tree, swings by the tail and gets the ball. The boys are happy!
